2. Description of Service

Content Refinery is an AI-powered content generation service that transforms audio and video content into written content for various platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, and blogs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Process content you don't have rights to use
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the audio, video, and text content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: The content generated by the Service is owned by you. You may use, modify, and publish it as you see fit. However, you are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

Content generated by AI may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. While we include fact-checking features, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Unused requests do not roll over to the next billing period
  • We may suspend accounts with failed payments

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Refinery and Zaguán AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
