  • Content: Audio and video files you submit for processing
  • Generated Content: The content we generate from your submissions
  • Usage Data: How you interact with our service, request counts, timestamps
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our content generation service
  • To process your payments and manage your subscription
  • To send you service-related notifications (job completion, usage alerts)
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

đź”’ We Do NOT Train AI Models on Your Data

Your audio files, transcripts, and generated content are never used to train AI models. We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to process your content, and they are contractually prohibited from using your data for training purposes. Your content remains yours.

4. Data Retention

We retain your generated content for as long as your account is active. Audio files are automatically deleted after processing is complete (typically within 24 hours). You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Google: AI content generation (via Zaguán API)
  • Deepgram: Audio transcription
  • Resend: Email notifications

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your generated content
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
